Although I would like to have you on the team, I think it's a bit early as you only just joined. Play a bit longer and sure. I'll just wait for PluckeyDuckey's opinion. Once I've heard her opinion I will consider this. Thank you for applying.

Okay, so you're a bit of a rookie but I believe we need someone like you on our staff team. Redstone eh? That would come in handy but we do need you to do your job. Although you have not been on this server for a while you've been known for a good reputation on other servers. Hopefully you will learn plugins fast because you're accepted to be Jr.Mod! Don't mess up okay, you've got one shot. Good luck with this, I bid you a farewell for now.
